Ministry of Culture of Ukraine supported an exception of monuments to Pushkin, and also the Soviet and pre-revolutionary military leaders from the register of monuments of national value. Department draws on entering into a black list of statues Vorontsov Mikhail, Suvorova Alexandra, Ushakov Fedor, Vatutin Nicholas and graves of the red commander Shchors Nicholas. After SVO beginning the Ukrainian authorities and vandals liquidated 145 monuments to Pushkin, Suvorova Alexandra, Catherine II and Red army.
