The American writers and Guild of authors gave to court on the developer a chat boat of ChatGPT — companies OpenAI, L. L. C. About it it is reported on the official site of Guild. The statement of claim was signed by such known writers, as George Martin R. R., Grishem John, Jodi Pikolt, Jonathan Earl Franzen, Silvius Dai, Khildebrand Elin and others. They claim that when training ChatGPT texts of the writers who have not received for it corresponding monetary assignments were illegally used.
