The share of the mortgage loans grows in Republic of Bashkortostan on new buildings. In June in Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" it made 20%, in July – 24%, and in August 31% of the given-out credits fell on primary market of housing already. As a whole August became record month in 2023 on the volume of the given-out mortgage. In the last summer month borrowers issued in the Bashkir office Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" a mortgage on 21 billion rubles it is 36% more, than in July, 2023. In total for June-August, 2023 Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" in Republic of Bashkortostan gave out 49 billion rubles of the mortgage loans that is 3 times more, than was given out in the summer of last year.
