The deputy minister of education Russian Federation Denise Gribov during a business trip to Algeria held a meeting with the Minister of the highest educations and scientific researches Algeria Kamel Baddari. Educational projects which the Russian pedagogical higher education institutions realize in the countries Near East and Africa became a subject of discussion. The meeting was held in Russian – Kamel Baddari in 1991 studied in Moscow and protected doctor's degree at Institute physics of Earth of Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
