Inhabitants Novosibirsk Region, participating in SVO, will be able to receive land plots

To Novosibirsk Region want to expand the list of preferential categories of inhabitants which can apply for the free land plot. Now there the military personnel, including contract employees, and also those who serves will enter (or served) in national guard and has special ranks of police. Under a privilege everything who is awarded ranks of the Hero of the Russian Federation will get or is awarded by awards during SVO, and also veterans of operations.
