This fall Smolensk united talented people with boundless opportunities, the cultural figures, known performers and creative collectives. From September 2 to September 5, 2023 in Kristall boarding house passed the Interregional festival of creativity of physically disabled people "Together we will be able more" in which representatives of the VOS Tverskaya regional organization took part. Representatives of six regions became participants: Bryansk Region, Kaluga Region, Moscow Region, Pskov Region, Smolensk Region and Tver Region.
