The Minister of Foreign Affairs Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov will hold a meeting with the secretary general of United Nations Antonio Guterres in New York, Maria Zakharova declared the official representative Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation during a briefing on fields VEF.
