Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya's biography

The guerrilla of the Great Patriotic War, Soviet Union Kosmodemyanskaya Zoe was born Hera on September 13, 1923 in the village Osino-Guy of the Kirsanovsky district of the Tambov province (now Gavrilovsky district Tambov Region). Her father Kosmodemyansky Anatoly (1900-1933) came from spiritual estate and in youth studied in seminary, mother Lyubov Kosmodemyanskaya Zoe (1900-1978) was a teacher. The brother Kosmodemyansky Alexander (1925-1945) – guards the senior lieutenant, Hera Soviet Union (1945, posthumously).
