Vasileostrovsky district court of Saint Petersburg stopped matter in the relation of the billionaire Boris Berson which "The house of the prince A. Cherkasskogo (Ritter)" violated conditions of preservation and use of a monument of regional value, Saint Petersburg reported in the Joint press service of vessels. Violations lasted during the period from 2013 to 2023, and after in the territory of buildings there was a fire. Losses are estimated approximately at 39,1 million rubles.
