Historic step: in Tskhinvali discuss the 15 anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between South Ossetia and Russian Federation

In South Ossetian state university named after Alexandra Tibilova passes the round table devoted to establishment of diplomatic relations between RYuO and Russian Federation. On Saturday, September 9 South Ossetia will celebrate day of establishment of diplomatic relations with Russian Federation. This day 15 years ago Foreign Ministers of two countries exchanged the corresponding notes. As the organizer of a round table the republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs acted.
