In Amursk juvenile hooligans beat the ailing man

Two minors struck multiple blows to a body of the man who, in connection with a state of health, could not show them resistance. Investigation department on of the Amursk city in Khabarovsk Territory and to the Jewish autonomous region brought criminal case under article 213 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 June 1996 No. 63-FZ "On the Enforcement of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" (hooliganism).
