JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK "RAZVITIE-STOLITSA" updated conditions on a mortgage and consumer credit on any purposes on the security real estates, having raised the minimum interest rate on 1,5 percentage points and having reduced the minimum sum credits by 1 million rubles. Now to issue a mortgage on acquisition real estates or consumer credit on the security of available real estates it is possible in bank to new clients on a rate of 14-18% per annum in the sum from 4 million (earlier – 5mln) rubles for a period of six months till twenty years.
