Passport stop

The Belarusian citizens will not be able to receive in foreign diplomatic missions of the country the new passport instead of that any more which validity period expires or expired, as well as to register transactions out of the territory of the republic. From now on for this purpose they need to arrive home. New rules the decree coming into force on September 7, were established by the Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko.
