Vladimir Kvachkov declared plans to challenge the court decision about administrative supervision

The colonel of GRU in resignation Vladimir Kvachkov told RTVI about intention to challenge the court decision about administrative supervision of it. In the evening on September 6 Dorogomilovsky district court of Moscow satisfied the administrative claim department of capital police about establishment of supervision of the retired colonel till 2029. According to the court decision , to a maturity date of a criminal record Vladimir Kvachkov cannot visit a venue of mass actions and participate in them.
