The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed Rustem Umerov the Minister of Defence, the decision was supported by all fractions, the Ukrainian deputy Jaroslaw Zheleznyak reported on September 6 in the social networks. Earlier President of Ukraine Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky declared resignation the Minister of Defence Aleksey Reznikov.
