The Estonian prime minister Kaya Kallas had to resign at the very beginning of the scandal connected with her husband, at businesses which there are contacts with Russian Federation. The president declared Estonia Alar Karis, having called a situation "serious crisis" and "a moral problem". According to mass media, Kaya Kallas granted a loan of €350 thousand to Novaria Consult firm through which her husband possessed 25 percent share in the logistic company to Stark Logistics continuing transportations of freights to Russian Federation.
