The Belarusians living abroad, will not be able to receive the republic passport any more. The relevant decree was signed on September 5 by the president Alexander Lukashenko. The document makes changes to the decree "About Documenting of the Population of Belarus". In the previous version it was told that to the citizens who are constantly living outside Belarus, new passports give out in embassy or consulate. Now this point is excluded from the decree.
