One of authors of the Constitution Sergei Mikhaylovich Shakhray will head the center for studying of legal systems of the global South

IKSA RAN (ICKX RAHN) opens the Center of comparative political science headed by the former Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Mikhaylovich Shakhray, told RTVI in the press service institutes. The center will study state and legal systems Russian Federation and the countries Asia and Africa and to compare them. Results of researches will go to "a basis of recommendations for Government of the Russian Federation on improvement of the federal and regional legislation", reported at institute.
