The V International festival of cinema Russian Federation and neighboring countries of Lendoc Film Festival is organized by Sanktpeterburgsky studio of documentary films "Lendok" together with INDEPENDENT NONCOMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION "KINOKULTURA" with support MINISTRY KULTURY Russian Federation, PREZIDENTSKY FUND KULTURNYKH INITSIATIV, Committee on culture of Sanktpeterburga and ROSKINO. The film festival exists since 2020, but in 2023 the project came to new level, having for the first time announced the international competition.
