In Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Karelia commented on a situation with deputies – originators "cards of bookmarks". As explained in the law enforcement agencies, Andrey Rogalevich and Royne Izyumov work on drawing up the scheme with the indication of places of "bookmarks" is useful and informative, but had to be transferred to department Federal Service of the Russian Federation for the Control of Drug Trafficking for taking measures directly professionals.
