Time to devote itself to art: in Ulyanovsk opened "Arkady's" international festival

On August 24 in Krasnoznamenny Lane opening of the International festival of arts of "Arkady" which will last till September 3 took place. It is devoted to the 130 anniversary since the birth of the painter Plastov Arkady. Creative guests of the first day became the Ulyanovsk state symphonic orchestra "Governor's", "Norovskiye Pevunyi" from Tsilninsky district and Settlers group from Saint Petersburg. In the festival program more than 80 actions, they will take place on 5 main platforms of the city, and also in the homeland Plastov Arkady in Prislonikh's village.
