Prosecutor's office Iznoski district Kaluga region carried out an inspection of execution of works on capital repairs average general education schools in the item of Myatlevo. It is established that completion dates and delivery of works within contracts can be broken. For the purpose of the prevention of violations to the contractor caution is declared, explained that the inaction which has entailed non-execution of obligations, forms structure of the administrative offense provided by h. 7 Art. 7.32 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences.
