Deputies to Republic of Karelia made the scheme of "laying" of drugs in the territory Petrozavodsk

The deputy City Council of Petrozavodsk from "A Just Russia" Party Andrey Rogalevich together with the party colleague and the deputy Legislative assembly of the Republic of Karelia Royne Izyumov sent the letter to the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs with an appeal to strengthen patrol and to install video surveillance systems in those places where according to citizens there is a mass drug trafficking to help "bookmarks".
