Baryshets is condemned for evasion from an appeal on military service

City Court of the Barysh city of the Ulyanovsk region pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the inhabitant of the region. He is found guilty of commission of crime according to p.1 Art. 328 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (evasion from an appeal on military service). It is established that in 2022-2023 21-year not working baryshets of T. despite numerous receiving personally under a list of the corresponding agenda, was not in a military commissariat for passing of the actions connected with an appeal on military service.
