Chapter Drozhzhanovsky district Republic of Tatarstan Marat Gafarov signed the resolution on creation of educational and consulting points on civil defense and protection against emergency situations. They will appear on the basis of Intersettlement Culture center. In only Drozhzhanovsky district three educational and consulting points on civil defense and protection against emergency situations are created. They are based in the regional House to culture in the village Old Drozhzhanoye, in Malotsilninsky and Starokakerlinsky rural recreation centers.
