On August 10 at 09-38 in service Ministry of Emergency Situations the message on road accident with presence of victims near Lipovk's village of the Hotimsky area arrived. On arrival to a place of a call of rescuers it was established that as a result road accidents the automobile car got to a ditch, in salon four persons, are clamped in consciousness.
