Russian Federation will refuse to notify United Nations on human rights violation at the martial law

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin decided to bring in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation drafts of amendments to the legislation concerning a notification procedure of United Nations and Council of Europe) in case of introduction or the termination in the country of the military or state of emergency.
