Sobinka interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region achieves elimination of violation of the rights of residents emergency houses

The Sobinsky interdistrict prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the legislation at resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stocks. It is established that the apartment house No. 61 on Lenin Avenue of Lakinsk is recognized emergency and subject to demolition, the term of resettlement of inhabitants is determined till 31.12.2025. At survey of the specified house it is established that on perimeter of buildings there are damages, local destructions of a socle, visible damages of isolation of an electrical wiring, a crack to bricklayings, a zamokaniye of walls, damages of floors are found.
