At least 13 people suffered as a result of attack of the unknown with a knife in the South Korean Seongnam near Seoul (South Korea). Incident happened in the shopping center located in the biggest and densely populated region of Pundangu. According to the law enforcement agencies, attacking at first on the personal vehicle ran over the people who were at an entrance to shopping center, then proceeded inside and started attacking with a knife passersby.
