Helped to identify remains analysis DNA. The thawing glacier allowed to find a body of the German climber who was missing 37 years ago in the Swiss Alps. Human remains were noticed by group of climbers on a glacier Teodul. Bones seemed from thawed ice, marching boots and climbing cats with thorns in the same place were seen. Remains were sent to office of forensic medicine in hospital Vale in the neighboring Sion. As a result analysis DNA confirmed that they belonged to the 38-year-old climber, the missing person in mountains in 1986. It not the first case when bodies are found thanks to thawing...
