Prosecutor's office Krasnoyarsk Territory approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former operative of department of criminal investigation department of OMVD Russian Federation on BUT Zelenogorsk. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (excess of powers of office).
