On July 24 the transaction on acquisition by director general and the only participant LLC Shopping MALL "Naftatrans plus" Golovnya Igorem shares of 75% in authorized capital of companies LLC "Energiya Topliva", owning large oil depot in Novosibirsk took place. Earlier the company issuer management already declared intention to make the transaction on oil depot acquisition in property, however without details.
