The number of transactions in the market inhabited real estates Hungary decreased by 43%

From 2014 to 2022 in Hungary the stable growth of activity was observed. In the third quarter of the 2022nd reduction of prices of housing of 1,6% in comparison with the last quarter is registered. Within the last three months of year falling for 3,6% followed. By the end of December the annual rise in prices was slowed down to 10,6%. At the end of the first quarter 2023 the number of transactions decreased by 43%, reports MNB portal.
