Shot for 13 years

Court in Kurgan sentenced the resident Shchuchyego Kvashnin Artem to 13 years of imprisonment. In the fall of 2022 the defendant opened fire from a hunting carbine on passing cars and to the employee ROSGVARDIYA. The first three years Kvashnin Artem will leave in prison, the others — for colonies of a high security. Court found it guilty of theft, plunder and weapon storage, infringement of life of the law enforcement officer.
