In Kurganinsk district for 1 year and 10 months condemned the driver who has brought down the cyclist

Kurganinsk district district court Krasnodar territory pronounced a sentence to the driver suspected of accident with a lethal outcome. Road incident happened on February 9 the current year on the route "Armavir-Kurganinsk". The motorist found guilty as regards 3 articles 264 of the criminal code of Russian Federation. In the press service Prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory told that the 34-year-old motorist, moving in day on road broke traffic regulations. According to the investigators, as a result the driver brought down the cyclist going in the passing direction. The man got injuries incompatible with life and was lost at the place of accident.
