Russian Federation is capable to replace the Ukrainian grain for Africa both on commercial, and on a free basis, and Moscow is ready to provide gratuitously in the next three-four months to six African countries 25-50 thousand tons of grain, having provided and its free delivery. It was declared by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at plenary session of an economic and humanitarian forum Russian Federation - Africa. He suggested to create a common information space Russian Federation and Africa and to think of opening in the African countries of schools with studying of subjects in Russian, having noted growth of interest to it on the continent...
