Yugorsk interregional prosecutor's office Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation about traffic safety. It is established that contrary to requirements of the law on highway general use in Yugorsk there are no sidewalks and "zayezdny pockets". Considering that the specified circumstances violate the rights of citizens for safe movement, the interdistrict prosecutor appealed to court with claim about compulsion City administration to eliminate these violations.
