The law regulating outsourcing of information technologies and cloudy services for financial sector, is prepared for the first reading. It became actual in the conditions of problems with access to services foreign providers and removes a number of requirements to the financial organizations, transferring them to suppliers. However participants of the market are afraid of concentration of it businesses in companies, connected with the largest banks, and as a result, growth of cost of services.
