Moscow, 23 Jul - Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". The Dane Jonas Vingegor Rasmussen from the Jumbo-Visma team became the winner of general classification of multi-day highway cycle race of "Tour de France" of 2023. On Sunday the final, 21st stage of race 115,5 km long took place. It traditionally had symbolical character. Racers finished on the Champs Elysée in Paris. Vingegor headed the overall ranking after the sixth stage and since then did not lose leadership. Vingegor won "Tour de France" the second time in a row and in career.
