Golovanov Anatoly: "The aluminous plant to Leningrad Region will be the best in the world"

In June of this year on the fields PMEF-2023 Integrated company "Rossiysky alyuminy" and Government of the Leningrad region signed the agreement on construction in the region of aluminous plant. The project provides creation of four technological lines of aluminous productions and deep-water port in Ust-Luga, shlamokhranilishcha, power infrastructure and other objects. The first stage of the project with a power of 2,4 million tons has to be ready in 2028, the second the same power – in 2032. News drew attention of locals who are afraid for ecology of the region.
