The consul general in Harbin reported Russia about terms of issue of visas and passports

The consul general Russian Federation in Chinese Harbin Sergei Mikhaylovich Linnik declared that issue of passports and visas will be resumed in August, reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". "We count that in August we will be able already to start issue of visas to the Chinese citizens for trips to Russian Federation, and also to start making out all-civil international passports for our compatriots" — Sergei Mikhaylovich Linnik declared. He warned that at the first stage the consulate general will issue international passports with five-year validity period.
