July 19. information agency "Interfaks" - In South Korea to 8 thousand people cannot return to the houses because of the floods caused by pouring rains, reports agency "Renkhap" with reference to the Central staff on disaster management. According to its data, as of 11:00 Wednesdays local time (5:00 on Moscow) houses were left by more than 16,5 thousand people. From them 7,8 thousand still are at relatives or in shelters.
