Investigators detained suspected of attempt at chapter Ramon district Voronezh Region

In Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation reported about a course of investigation of criminal case about attempt at murder of chapter of Administration of the municipal district Ramonsk of the Voronezh region Nikolay Frolov in December, 2019. Then under an office foreign car of the official worked the explosive device installed on it. As a result of explosion it got serious wound of feet, however remained is live.
