SK asks to arrest cutting off a scalp from the young man because of a hair color to Elektrostal

Investigators asked court about arrest of two men suspected of attack on the young man to Elektrostal to which removed a scalp because of a hair color, is reported in the telegram-channel of Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation. They pass suspects on the case of hooliganism and deliberate infliction of harm to health.
