Floor change by one of spouses becomes the basis for marriage cancellation

Committee of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on health protection recommended to adopt amendments to the second reading approved amendments to the bill of the floor change, brought by group of nearly 400 deputies headed by the chairman of the lower house of parliament Vyacheslav Volodin. As the deputy chairman of committee Alexey Kurinny reported to daily business newspaper "Vedomosti", amendments provided marriage cancellation in case of floor change by one of spouses, a ban to adopt children after floor change, and also will lock to medical workers to do the operations directed on change of a floor (in the absence of the corresponding indications).
