Prosecutor's office Sukhinichi district Kaluga region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 35-year-old former deputy chief of a colony – the chief of the center Federal public institution IK-5 Ufsin Russia on Kaluga oblast. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided by h. 3 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (receiving bribe) and p.1 Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (excess of powers of office).
