In Saratov for the second time lifted "Sails of spirit Volga Venice"

In Saratov on the new embankment with support JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "KONTSERN ROSENERGOATOM" and the Balakovo nuclear power plant there passed a festival of inclusive culture and sailing of "A sail of spirit of the Volga Venice-2023".
