Disney accused of an underpay to employees on $150 million

The labor economist of Californian university David Noymark conducted research of labor conditions of Walt Disney Co.. About it reports newspaper "The Guardian". According to conclusions of the economist, in companies women receive salary on the average 2% less, than men. He declared that since 2015 because of an underpay to employees of Disney ran into debt to women more than $150 million. In Noymark's submitted to court the report, it was said that his comparisons of salaries men and women considered work level, term of tenure and other factors which could influence payment.
