Future mayor of Izhevsk does not have enough predictability

City Council of municipal unit Izhevsk city on Thursday started competition on selection of candidates for a vacant post of the town governor. Its results will be summed up at the end of August, and at the beginning of September deputies should elect the new city head. The obvious favourite on a mayor chair thus while it is imperceptible that it is possible to consider as an atypical situation for the capital of the Russian region.
