Prosecutor's office Mariinsky Posad district Chuvash Republic approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 37-year-old inhabitant of Cheboksary. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder). According to the investigators, carried-out SKR, in the evening on March 15, 2023 in city Mariinsky Posad accused, being in an alcohol intoxication in the apartment of the 60-year-old mother, during quarrel struck it 2 blows with hands to the person and when the woman fell, strangled her laces from footwear.
